Since his childhood, Tucson native Phil has been passionate about health and fitness. Growing up playing a variety of sports ultimately led to him pursuing baseball in high school where he was recruited by Eastern Arizona College. There, through proper nutrition routines as well as training and recovery regimes - all elements required for peak performance levels - Phil gained invaluable knowledge on how best to take care of himself and others athletically.
Phil is an inspiring force for positive change, living his life with a purpose to help others reach their full potential. At the heart of everything he does lies Phil's mission: to not only empower clients physically but also mentally – equipping them with crucial principles such as nutrition, sleep and time management that extend beyond traditional training methods. He ardently believes they are key foundations necessary on the path towards overall wellbeing.
