I am an athlete and just an overall fitness nut! I have lived an entire life of health and wellness. My children have followed me on the same path of living to love heath, wellness and total overall fitness! I love to strategically train in the gym. I believe learning to understand your body and its health and wellness needs are not an option and that physical activity is a must for everyone. Whether it is learning to use equipment properly for safety, correct form to reduce risk for injury or for fitness benefits and enjoyment, the ability to exercise properly saves lives. If you are an individual who is new to exercise or an experienced gym rat, physical exercise is critical to your body's mental and physical health as well as your spiritual well-being.

I believe that FUNCTIONAL training is the first step in training your body to move correctly with proper form. FUNCTIONAL fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize CORE stability. I am passionate about motivating people and setting people up for SUCCESS. Through my strong desire to help, empower and keep people healthy, I have established myself as a strong facilitator in all areas of Health and Wellness.
